In sea trial of the Merry Fisher 1095 we tested it on the water in Plymouth against the Merry Fisher 895 to see how they both performed. The 1095 was noticeably quicker at a lower rev range climbing into the plain at just 12.5 knots. She has a high overall speed to be expected of her longer waterline length. The 895 felt more dynamic but the 1095 felt a lot more comfortable on a swell due her size. Both boats performed very well and its down to budget and cabin numbers to deiced which model to go for. www.atlantic-yachts.co.uk
